Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
- Free shipping on orders of £25 or more.
- A £4.95 fee applies to orders under £25.
How long does delivery take?
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Delivery time: 2–6 business days (Mon–Fri).
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Track Your Order
Can I change my delivery address?
Changes are only possible within 3–4 hours after placing your order. Once the package is shipped, we cannot update the address.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return my order?
You can return your item within 30 days after receiving it.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What are the conditions for a return?
- Item must be unused and unwashed.
- Must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@trends-vault.com. We will send you the instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, there are no restocking fees.
